Billing questions
Is this a subscription?
No. Every package is a single, one-time payment. There is no recurring charge, no auto-renewal, and nothing to cancel — access simply runs for the length of the package you bought and then ends.
What happens when my access ends?
Your account and saved practice history are kept. Modules and the diagnostic are locked again until you purchase another access package, and your Account page always shows the exact date your current access ends.
Can I switch from the military CBAT track to commercial, or use both?
Your account is set up for one preparation track at a time. Commercial access packages apply to the commercial pilot practice library and diagnostic specifically.
